Your Morpheus8 journey initiates with a complimentary consultation, where our medical consultants evaluate if you're a suitable candidate based on your medical history and specific conditions. A bespoke Morpheus8 treatment plan is then designed to meet your unique conditions, budget, and expectations. 

On the procedure day, a topical numbing cream is applied to ensure your comfort during the treatment and a specialized Morpheus8 hand-piece delivers micro needling and radiofrequency. After the procedure, a medical-grade skin care ointment will be applied and our Aesthetics Nurse will provide post-treatment instructions. 

To maximize the efficacy of your Morpheus8 treatment, we recommend a PRP or EXOSOME treatment immediately post-procedure. This enhances the treatment's effectiveness, expedites the skin’s healing process and reduces downtime. In terms of longevity, while everyone’s skin is unique, most patients can expect the benefits of Morpheus8 to last for about a year. Although results are often progressive, the full benefits of collagen regeneration typically materialize several weeks post-treatment.

The number of necessary Morpheus8 sessions varies, depending on individual goals and specific concerns. Generally, we suggest 3-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart to reap full benefits, with annual treatments for maintenance. Regarding the sensation during treatment, Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive procedure that can cause mild discomfort. Patients often report feelings of warmth, slight pressure, or a mild tingling sensation. This discomfort is managed by the application of a topical numbing cream prior to the procedure.

1. Avoid Blood Thinners: Unless medically necessary, stop consumption of blood thinners like aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen etc. one week prior to the treatment to avoid excessive bleeding. 

2. Minimize Sun Exposure: Keep your skin away from extensive sun exposure, always use broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen, as skin sensitive to sun might respond more intensely to the treatment.

3. Hydrate Yourself: Ensure you are well-hydrated before the procedure by drinking plenty of water.

4. Stop Use of Potentially Irritating Skincare Products: Cease the usage of skincare products containing strong ingredients like Retinoids, Retinols, Vitamin C, Glycolic Acid, Tretinoin, Alpha or Beta Hydroxy Acids (AHAs/BHAs) at least three days prior to your treatment. Such products can elevate skin sensitivity and irritability post-Morpheus8 procedure. Opt for a gentle cleanser and moisturizer in preparation for the treatment.

5. Arrive with Clean Skin: On your appointment day, ensure that your skin is clean. There should be no lotion, makeup, perfume, powder, bath/shower oil on your skin that is due for treatment.

1. Sun Protection: Following your Morpheus8 treatment, you must safeguard your skin from direct sunlight. Use an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and minimize sun exposure for several weeks.

2. Hydration & Care: Post-treatment, your skin may be dry, red, and sensitive. Combat this by applying a hydrating moisturizer daily for a week. Use gentle skincare products and minimal makeup for the first few days. Refrain from using retinols until 5-7 days post-treatment.

3. Heat Exposure: Avoid hot showers, steam rooms, saunas, and excessive heat exposure for a few days as your skin may be more receptive to sensitivity and damage.

4. Makeup Application: Avoid applying makeup for the first 24 hours following your treatment. If necessary, you can resume using it after day one, but try to keep it minimal for 2-3 days.

5. Skin Handling: Avoid exfoliating products or procedures like chemical peels until given clearance by your practitioner. Do not rub, scrub, or pick at the treated area, as it can lead to irritation or infection. In case of swelling or discomfort, you can use cool compresses for relief.
